I got Cyberlink movie making software along with my JVC camcorder. I could never get the voice over feature to work, and since they don't have anyone that you can call up and talk to for free, I paid their 30 dollar fee for phone support. What a rip off. For that price you get two months of service, TALKING TO SOMEONE IN INDIA THAT CAN'T EVEN SPEAK THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. I am calling my credit card company to cancel payment on this. read full review »
