Believe me we are in USA where law is supreme and for all. If we file there they will take action.Also check out your state's attorney general's office as how to file complaint.Keep all paperwork ( bills, your confirmation codes etc) and full names of customer service agents, their extension number with dates and a rough note of what they tell u.
