I found this charge on my home phone, dish, internet bill when I talked to a rep to find out how it got on my bill she told me that it was ordered by my boyfriend-she gave me the name -told me that she sent him a conformation e-mail but would not give me the 800 number he used or any further information because it was (confidential)-how can it be confidential when he is NOT authorized to make any changes to My account.I should have the right to know any and all information to a number that was charged to my personal home phone read full review »
