I signed up to recieve a free DVD about this company for shipping and handling fee of $ 1.97. Recieved the DVD and saw it was not really something helpful for me. Unfortunately about 3 weeks later a charge appeared on my checking account for just under $ 60.00. Upon seeing this I immediately called EZ Grant and was told by a woman ( who barely spoke English) that the money would be put back into my account within 7-10 business days, I was also given a number to call if the money was not put in within that time frame.
