I try to make payment using the information above to my car loan, and am told there is no such account. I encounter this problem frequently. It gets frustrating and I give up and try another day--Same response. I do not want an automatic withdrawal because of the way I get paid and how my bills arrive in the month. Payment by phone is convenient for me. This way to pay with this company is rediculous. read full review »
