When I called got a message tyo contact by e-mail to cancel. Have sent at least 6 e-mails since 12/12 with no response. Called on 12/12 and got to talk to someone who said they handle refunds over the phone, had to send e-mail. Called their number on 12/15 and was on hold for 1 hour before I finally hung up.
