I ordered my daughter a gardenia plant for her birthday in February. It did arrive on the correct day, but the buds that were on the plant have just slowly turned black and fallen off. Now parts of the plant itself are dying. It never did bloom. I sent it so she would have a plant on her desk at work. I called the 1-800 number to see if they would resend but they said "sorry we waited to long to complain". Well I'm sure my daughter thought it would eventually "bloom" instead of "die".
