We had an ice storm in Western Ky. All telephone service (residential) were out due to downed lines. I understand the hard work that it took to reinstall service after this disaster. My complaint starts on January 27, 2009 when my service goes out. My neighbors telephones were up and running within a week. Febuary 24, 2009, i'm still without service residental or dsl.
