They were fine on the initial visit, but this is the last I heard from them. The repair man could not fix the problem with my dishwasher, and said he would need to call tech support and get back to me. I have been waiting for a return phone call for a month now. They don't answer their phone, and will not return calls. I have left 5 messages in the past month. Don't bother calling them, you will just end up calling someone else to finish the job anyway... read full review »
