They claim they have "live help" for 7 days a week (9:00am-9:00pm) at their web site. It took 5 hours to talk with them. After I placed my order, till it was shipped out, no ansewer at thier toll free number, no return phone call to my voice mail message, or reply to e-mail for 3 and half hours. She even claimed there was no message by any sort from me. If they challenge me on this issue, I have the copy of the e-mail message and the statement of the phone company. read full review »
