On Wednesday, February 11, 2009 I called to purchase a gift card for Valentines Day Gift for a full spa service at a cost of 320.00. The girl told me that it would be mailed that day and that I should receive it on Thurs but probably on Friday and at the latest on Saturday. I agreed as I would have the opportunity to pick up the mail before seeing my girlfriend. The certificate never arrived and I was embarrassed on Valentine's Day thanks to their incompetence.
