I had bad experience ater I bought a brand new Subaru from them. It came with "10 years NH Inspection Free". My car has 30k miles, when I went for the Inspection sticker, I was told my car failed the Inspection, becasue I needed 4 new tires. I bought a new snowboard came with a private lesson and a FREE Lift Ticket for Waterville Velly. Cool, huh? With a 48 hours advance to reserve for the instructor. I'm an intermiate level, thought I could skip the lesson just go for the Free Lift Ticket. When I got to the mountain, handed my coupon to the ticket service, a woman insisted that since I bought a new snowboard and since they mentioned free lesson, that implied the ticket just for beginer slope.
