This has to be the worst rental car company experience I've ever had. I had to rent a car in November 2008 because my car was in the shop. Unfortnately my car had to stay in the shop longer than anticipated. No one at the rental car company felt the need to get in touch with me about returning the car until a day or so after my deposit ran out.
