This company has been taking money from my checking acct and until recently when our finances changed, I really had'nt noticed this charge. I have repeatedly called this company, and they act as if they can't understand you, or simply disconnect the call. I am filing a complaint with my bank today, and want to know if there is any recourse to getting my money refunded to my acct., since I never authorized the withdrawl in the first place?
