GE Money Bank sent a letter to our home lowering my credit limit due to a TRW that I did not authorize. It said I was delinquent. I have never been delinquent with them. GE Money Bank holds two of my credit cards. My JC Penney and my PC Richards. It said I was delinquent on my PC Richards within the last twelve months. I haven't used that card in two years.
