I have been using Fairpoint Communication's long distance plan and they charged 5cent for domestic and 9cent per a mint to international call. This month I got the bill of $350 due to they charged $3.25 for the international call and 19 cents for the domestic. plus, Fairpoint Communication customer service representatives are very lazy to serve their customers and even rude. I called them to readjust the charge and reissue the bill for me and the answer is no. I hate Fairpoint Communication plus their websites is not useful. read full review »
