We were Dynowatt customers for quite a while. We swtiched to Dynowatt after Gexa doubled their rate without notice. More comically, Gexas skipped sending out the first bill after the huge rate increase! I wasn't the only one. So last summer (2008) our kWh price for electricity doubled. I had the online account set up, but couldn't access it to pay the final bill. When you end service, they cut you off completely. The bill got buried, and apparently Dynowatt farmed it out to a collection agency. I haven't heard anything... read full review »
