I would like to complain about the dealership : Gervais Kia in lowell, ma. I had purchased a 2004 Kia Sorento 10 months ago. Since then, there have been numerous problems with it. Over two weeks ago, my car would not start. I had the car towed to the dealership and I still have not gotten it back. Every day that has gone by I had been told a different story. They will not give me a loaner car and they almost did not cover the repairs under warranty.
