After reading all the above complaints, I frantically dialed the number that was provided in one of the comments and got hold of someone who I told I would like to cancel my account. She tried to get me to take the 1/2 price special offer that would be charged to my account sometime in April and I declined. I just asked to be cancelled and she did so and gave me a confirmation number. I got my delivery yesterday 3/16/09, so I'm hopfull that no charges will appear on my card. How can we spread the word about this before it happens to us, any suggestions anyone? read full review »
