I ordered Ugg boots on December 10th and paid by paypal. I tried six days later to get tracking info because I never received a notice that they had been shipped but the credit card has been charged. I could get no tracking number and I have sent repeated emails with no response. This is a great dissapointment to me because it was my grandaughter Christmas present. read full review »
