i cancelled on dec. 16, 2008. i was charged $87.13 on dec. 22, 2208. i have been trying to get a refund since then. they said they didn't take the money out of my account. i sent copies of bank statement showing they did. they still deny it. i have spoken to alma, vera and now john, with no results. what more can i do. read full review »
