I am a frequent customer at Winco in Stockton. I purchase misc. product for work, business and home. A Manager who has seen me frequently decided I have been in too much and denied my check. I always pay with a personal check and never have had any problems. Saving money is not worth this humiliation! My check was good as always but she stated that the person whom they contact was out of the office.
