Ordered product for shipping cost only and was charged forty someodd dollars instead of $4.99s&h and they have charged again $39.99 and I have tried for over a month to contact them on their phone number, numerous times and the wait is rediculously long and I can never get a person to speak to I'm so very frusterated and beyond angry.
