This company is just about the worst I have ever encountered. I waited more than a month for A/C in the height of Houston's hot summer. This was the second new one that these idiots paid for because they wouldn't let the first A/C man install a cover that was compliant with the new A/C he installed. They said the cover that I had was six years old (as opposed to the A/C that was more than 30 years old), so he was to keep the cover. Well, he told them this was not wise.
