I had the product less than 14 days and my visa was charged $69.99. I called and talked to some dude in India. He then handed the phone over to his boss who eventually gave me a $50 credit, to be seen within 3-5 business days - I hope. I could not seem to cancel because I did not call within 14 days, so I called my bank to cancel my card. read full review »
