This letter is regarding a hotel I booked through your website on October 17, 2008. For the past four years I have religiously utilized your site for most of my traveling accommodations. In most cases, I was completely satisfied until recently. I bided on a one-star hotel in Niagara Falls, New York. I stayed at the Red Carpet Inn.
