Bait and Switch. I had a contract for 129.40 and economy car in the Phoenix Airport. The agent there said there was an additional charge of 44.00 which was not on my receipt. Then he said I could upgrade to the next level for 8.00 more. The total would then be 211.00. When I left the airport, I checked my receipt and I was upgraded to a premium car!
