My elderly parents have a Sears refrigerator and the extended service agreement on it. The frig went out(I'm sure it is the compressor) over a week ago, and my folks are still waiting for the repairman. When I try to contact Sears, I'm put on hold; when I get a real person on the line, the called gets "dropped". This is a corporation of a-holes from the top to the bottom. I hope Sears goes broke and everyone of the jerkoffs "working" for the company ends up in a soup line. read full review »
