I recently had to cancel a hotel reservation for this hotel four months prior to my scheduled stay and they still charged me $197.29 for this. After speaking to the hotel manager, Norma Herring, she stated that the reservation was a special rate and non-refundable and I was being charged one nights stay plus tax. I can't believe that they could be allowed to steal this much money for doing absolutely nothing and get away with it.
