Yes. I'm a fool. I was fooled by the legitimacy of their well-done site. I stupidly gave them my credit card info in order to *supposedly* pay for shipping on some information on a home business kit they were to send me. I was to receive a "confirmation" via email (which I have never received to this day) The following day I received a phone call from a somewhat English-impaired individual asking me to authorize a $39.95 a month charge on my credit card.
