They cut my wife's phone off when the bill is already paid. I bought mine first, and then I bought hers. We let my son's phone terminate because of the poor phone service as well as poor customer service. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH CRICKET. They bill and expect payments every three weeks, and continuously text our phones. I called as well as went in person to give my wife permission to discuss information about our acccount, but they won't abide by my wishes. The service constantly cuts out.
