These people are calling consumers and telling them there is FREE government money that has to be spent. They ask if they can get your credit card #to send you the CD (1.98)S&H. I was lucky to get on this website and did further searching to find out that others are being scammed. I called my bank and will watch my next statement for debits, if further action is needed.
