On February 18, 2009 I ordered two Magic Jacks over the phone. I also ordered one year of service. On March 18, 2009, Magic Jack made an unauthorized charge to my credit card. My account was low and this charge sent my account into overdraft prior to my deposit of this same day. I tried to get resolution with Magic Jack. I spoke to "Roger" who spoke circular to me the entire time. Numerous times I requested the street address to Magic Jack and that was not provided.
