I purchased a battery for a palm pilot that turned out not to fit (surprise, surprise - based on others' comments). I returned it but only received partial credit - I was hit with a restocking fee and had to pay for shipping. I ordered 2 gel mouse pads with the remaining amount. They were on backorder.
