I bought this from a distributor of this company. I was under the impression from the description of the software that this would find all of my PDF photos on my computer (lost, damaged, deleted). After I downloaded this program, it did absolutely nothing. It cost me $40. I emailed the LC technology which showed up on my credit card to see if they could help. After several emails it was told that this program will not work with my hard drive files (which is what was needed).
