The company charged me $29.95 for a membership that I never joined. I had never even heard of the company before. I had ordered a trial size of the acai berry product from a different- which was also a HUGE scam and the next thing I know I was being charged $78 from the first company and the $29.95 from the Fit Fac company. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau on the first and am still waiting for a reply. I contacted the Fit Fac company with the number 18664071022 and supposedly am going to get a refund and they canceled my account. We will see. read full review »
