I obtained a car loan through Citifinancial in December of 2008. In the 4 months I have dealt with them I have had nothing but HELL. They give me 4 different answers each time I call them. Now they have deducted my checkiong account for 2 payments and I have incurred $150.00 in overdraft charges at my bank. I had one person tell me to get a letter from my bank on their letterhead stating my account was drafted 2 and the amount of overdraft fees. Now they want a copy of my running bank statment.
