I set up a redirection service from Royal Mail, for 3 weeks now I am not receiving mail at all at the new address, some mail went to the old address, and after 3 phone calls Royal Mail still is unable to rectify this. They now say the need "evidence" of mail being sent to the old address! This means I have to regularly go and bother the present occupiers asking them to save my mail, collect it myself and post the "evidence" envelopes to Royal Mail.
