I was given an error message while trying to download my product already paid for. I lost my order number and even with all the information I gave them again, they will not allow me to down load my product. I Spent time in a chat room and they gave me a number to submit (233479) but no place to submit it. I didn't want to spend my whole afternoon on this. I have to cook and much more. Please give me real information I can really use. Thanks read full review »
