Tribute cancelled my card for me being nine days late, which I think is stupid. Considering I had never been late in the past. In fact, I paid early and sometime twice in one month. They even increased my credit limit, just to turn around and cancel my card! I even spoke to a representative who stated if I made my pay with her by phone I was assured the card would not be cancelled. I called the call center back to back to get the status changed and I was told there was no way the make changes to the system. Which I know not to be true because... read full review »
