I am sure we have all seen the ads on our computer called anything from 'Stimulus for Personal Use', to 'Get Out of Debt and Never Repay the Government', most fall under, if read closely, an organization called "Grant One Day". These people offer a $1.99 cd of how to apply for a grant through the government and promise these grants will never have to be repaid.
