If you have been as unfortunate as me to call Bosch appliances' customer service department, you will know that they do not provide any level of customer service. More specifically they: 1. never answer the phone, but rather transfer you directly to a hold queue with music. 2. after waiting up to 30 mins in the hold queue, no one ever answers the phone and yet, they end the call without any recorded or human explanation.
