Here's a working number for SFL Nutrition: 866-938-4832. I received a partial refund (70%) within a reasonable timeframe from returning the product. I did need to have the order number, which is in teh parperwork that comes with the product. I tried to get this company to refund the remaining 30%, but I was told the terms of the agreement included a 30% restocking fee. I told them "What agreement? I never signed anything."
