Verizon lets its customers know of special offers, promotions and discounts by text or mail. The Verizon store in Yuma, Az never seems to want to honor any of these. We have been in several times wanting to use these promotions/discounts and the rude and incompetent employees will look at us like "what are you talking about" or will say "sorry, we don't see that promotion anywhere listed here".
