Dr Sylvester is a THIEF. They won't tell you that it's NONE refundable if something wrong with your order or glass. They won't return the $ to you and yes, if they exchanged, but they will ask you to pay more on the exchange item. Please read the my story. At first we thought they are nice to their patient.
