Let me add my story to the long list of complaints against this bank. I was a good customer of the bank until last fall when I fell victim to the old "change the due date" scheme which made my payment late. My interest rate immediately rose to 34.9% and has stayed there ever since. My payment went from $143 per month to now over $600 which I can not afford to pay.
