I canceled all further orders of the ACAI berry product via phone a month ago. Prior to my call, AWRI did not have my phone numbers, which have solicitation blocks. Despite my clear directive, I have not only received 3 further calls trying to "give" me ANOTHER initial free trial of the product, I have received a second bottle of the product. AWRI CSRs used caller ID to place additional solicitation calls to me; obviously, AWRI received my cancelation phone call.
