All attempts to receive any technical support were meant with a referral to Verbatim Company. When I contacted Verbatim Company about difficulty in getting ArcSoft QuickDVD to function properly, I was informed that they did not support this software. And then when I again tried to get SmartDisk Corporation (who marketed this QuickDVD software), I was repeated referred to Verbatim Company.
