If you order from these people, I recommend using a virtual credit card number. I ordered a hard case for my Samsung Omnia on 2/12/2009. I specified the 'ship within two business days' option. Hearing nothing from them after a week, I went to their website to try to track my order. The 'Live Help' feature on the website does NOT provide live help, and leaves you hanging with NO help!
