The secretary was rude, arguing with me about payment and insurance information. I had to call my ins. Company prior to my son's visit and explain the billing process to her...When I did, she quickly pointed out that she is JUST the secretary and not the billing person. She was supposed to get the billing person, but she never came. Went into the visit 30min after appt. time with a stack full of extra paperwork to do. Within 5 minutes, the psycologist left for an emergency call...Came back to get copies of paperwork, then left... read full review »
